Tina’s Tiny Taco’s
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1.5 cups mexican shredded cheese
1 package taco seasoning
Some soft flour tortilla’s
Lettuce
Tomato
Other stuff:
Muffin pan
Round cookie cutter or a glass and a knife
Cooking spray
A hunger for tacos
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and season with whatever you usually season your ground beef with. Drain. Mix in the taco seasoning according to directions on the packag. Mix well. Spray your muffin pan. Cut little circles into your flour tortilla’s, I used medium tortilla’s and got 3 circles out of each one. Place one circle in each muffin slot GENTLY pressing the tortilla into each slot. Use a spoon to fill the little tacos with the taco meat. Top with cheese. Place muffin pan in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and soft flour tortillas have a nice little crunch to them.
While these are baking, prepare your lettuce and tomato by cutting into edible little pieces. When tacos are done, use two spoons to pull each one out of its little slot, one spoon on each side, if you remembered to spray your pan, they should slip out fairly easily. Plate Tacos.
Each person can garnish their taco whichever way desired. We had lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
ENJOY!
