Freezer Meals: Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
Serves 4

3 chicken breasts
¼ cup chicken broth
(1 bottle BBQ sauce for day of cooking)
1 tablespoon BBQ rub of your choice
¼ cup of liquid smoke

(1 bottle BBQ sauce of your choice for day of cooking)

(buns for day of cooking)

Directions
Place everything inside a one gallon sized freezer bag

Cooking
Thaw under warm water enough to get contents out of bag. Place in slower cooker on low for 6-8 hours. When done, drain the chicken. Shred chicken with forks. Add BBQ sauce, enough to cover, mix together and warm through. **not too long as the sauce can burn**

Serve with fries, on buns with a side of your choice

I took a bite before taking a picture lol

Cooks notes: Not much, we had this with tater tots, the niece and hubby loved this, even more so than my pulled pork sandwiches.
