Serves 2 (since each package includes one chicken, you can make this serve as many as you’d like depending on how much chicken you have).
|2||sheets (12×18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil|
|2||boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 to 6 oz. each)|
|2||cup spaghetti sauce|
|1||medium zucchini, sliced|
|2||cup shredded Mozzarella cheese|
PREHEAT oven to 450°F
For this recipe you will need to lay out your aluminum foil, place a little sauce in the center of the foil, place the chicken on top. Cover with sliced zucchini and mozzarella cheese, then top with the rest of the sauce. Then take the long sides and fold them up and roll them down to the chicken, the roll up the short sides. Place inside freezer bags and lay flat.
(This recipe is kind of a guess and see on the sauces and cheeses. If you like sauce, add more, if you like cheese add more as you’d like).
To cook, pull out the night before, or soak in luke warm water until chicken is thawed.
BAKE 18 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven.
Cooks notes: Not much to say on this except that freezing this meal made it even tastier because the sauce was able to marinate the chicken a lot better. We had this last night with a side of rice. So delicious!
