If you ever go to Zion National Park, you have to have breakfast at The Bumbleberry Cafe and try their Bumbleberry pancakes. This picture doesn’t do it justice.

Actually, they are Bumbleberry not blueberry 🙂
What is a bumble berry…you’ll have to forgive me…it is early here and I had not had my coffee before reading that…so what are they similar to ????
Lol, no no, it isn’t a real berry, that’s what is so fun about it. I had to ask our waitress what it was too, but it a mix of a bunch of berries, and is super delicious!
It sounds yummy…a berry mix and pancakes…what more could a girl ask for.
They were the best pancakes I have ever eaten 🙂
