Sheppard’s Pie (cheap and easy to make, and quick!)
1 lbs ground beef
1 to 2 cans green beens
2 cups shredded cheese
4 cups mashed potatoes
Cook the beef and break up into pieces, season with garlic powder, onion salt, pepper for flavor. Drain. Cook potatoes as instructed by instant box or make your own. (I use instant). Put into 9 x 9 inch glass dish (glass for best result) cover beef with green beans and mashed potatoes SMOTHER with cheese. I use a little cheese between the beef and beans and between the beans and tators, and then I smother the top with cheese. I buy preshredded cheese cause I am lazy lol. Bake in oven on 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, just to melt the cheese, keep an eye on it since all overs differ. Let cool once done, and ENJOY!! I love this dish, it only takes about 15-20 minutes to make and is easy clean up.
